We have been watching you. Previously, one of our operatives offered you a position on a project he was working on. That project is now defunct and that operative is out of action. We noticed a situation brewing within your command structure, and decided to make our move. It's time. Your services are required, and coordinates to arrange a meeting will be given to you over a secure network. Your service record is astounding, and we'd be more than happy to welcome you into [REDACTED]. Keep in mind, that we don't hand out information on public channels. Any questions can be reserved for if and when you arrive.
I must also advise you not to bring anyone with you, as it would pose a security risk. If, however, you intend to bring people along, provide names for security screening.
Consider this an invitation, and if you accept, welcome.

So. You hear about a mishap within the old Fleet, And then "strike" at the most opportune time. I don't know you. Nor, do I care, Mister... (whispers to the communications officer, Subtly you hear -pierce- under the Techie's breath.) Mister Pierce. I'm sure you've been watching the Nasty 'Nati, and as such, you should know that I'm nothing like the incompetence the droll of Liberty has brought about us Overlord Commanders. You'll need to do more than just an invitation if you wish to even see my ship.
One thing is for sure, The Cincinnati is taking a leave of absence from Liberty for a time undetermined. I refuse to give up my ship itself, Equipped with more Addons than most Overlords within the fleet. My crew comes second to none as we are all Family, and to leave them would be turning my back on blood. I've already left Liberty. That is punishable by Law itself, Mr. Pierce. I, will not be taking any snub craft as a fore-warning. The ship is my new home. And I'm not giving 'er up for any loose lipped invitation. Again. Try harder.
We do appreciate the compliment to our Service Record though. Thank you.
I urge you to reconsider this invitation. If it is a matter of your Monument and crew, certain accomodations can be made with appropriate security screening of any questionable individuals on board. You're a smart guy, and I'm well informed by two individuals who have had encounters with you previously. More specifically, Jayse Maxwell and Joshua Hunt. They've informed me of the technological marvel the Cincinnati is, and I'd like to see it for myself. Perhaps we can organize an escort operation? Our strike craft can meet you on the boarders, and guide you to CS:A, and we can discuss the situation, our intentions and goals in a more personal matter.

*Chuckles* Well, Men, how about it? Out of employment and back into another line of work so quickly! In all honesty, the last time I met Hunt it wasn't very good for the Cincinnati or my crew. I lost a lot of good men because of him. Brought back some old memories too. If that walking, breathing flak jacket is still alive, then I owe him a heavy right hand to his glorified mouth. In honesty, I should take the proposition you're offering just to see if I meet him and deliver up.
Now that Jayse fellow, Last I heard, he was on Manhattan making credits to find a way home. Then he ended up leaving for Bretonia to see someone. Least that's what was said by the barkeep. I don't know what happened of him besides that.
But If you say they've vouched for me, then that means they must still be alive. Do you know where they are? I got some catching up to do.
Jayse Maxwell has been in active duty with us for several weeks. He's done quite well and is in good health. Hunt, on the other hand, has spent the last six months drifting in and out of consciousness. We're doing everything in our power to revive him. You'll find a lot has changed for him. Currently, Maxwell is out in the Taus. Hunt, is safely aboard the Sovereign awaiting surgery.
In the meantime, a fighter escort will be dispatched to Cortez to rendezvous with your vessel in several hours, to guide The Cincinnati to her new home at CS:A. We'll be waiting.

*As the communication opens, There is a sound in the background of talk, booze, and gentleman listening to music.* Hahaha, Yeah, see, when I told them---
Oh! My apologies. The crew and I are just enjoying ourselves one glorious time within Liberty. We saw the Hellfire Legion roll in just as we were about to grab some supplies. Shame you know. *snarks* ha. Hehehe... Ahhh.....
*Maverick calls out to Sylus, His Lieutenant* Bring me another will you? (Sylus: Sure Mav!) Oh, Where was I...
Oh Right! The thing. That Uh... the... Escort! that's right. The escort. Indeed, We'll meet in Cortez. Bring us some Alcohol will you? Running low on the ship. Enough for 200 men to have a bottle each. We'll close things up around here. We don't intend to come back to Liberty. Not any time soon. We'll meet there once we're done. We just want... one last look. You understand.
