Quote:3.1 An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Saying "Engaging" is not sufficient and aggressors are not allowed to destroy a ship before allowing sufficient time to respond. If a player is attacked he has the right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking. Trading nanobots, shieldbatteries or other ammo and equipment during a fight is also considered taking an active role in the engagement.
3.2 A player who was killed during a PvP fight in any form, must not enter the system where the fight took place or re-engage the attacker(s) for 2 hours from the time of their destruction, or until this/these ship(s) leave(s) the game.(There is a 5 minute window after death in which you can leave the system with an empty ship.)
Consequences:
You died. You silently re-engaged. You also know better as you have been around for a while. Your ship is Bastilled for the time being, and it may stay there for quite some time unless you can show provide a VERY good reason why you did that and/or how you will never do that again.

Well, i died, being far from the closest hostiles, approximately there was 20-25k between. So i suppose it doesn't count as a pvp death, so I didn't need to annoynce about my engagement, because I had already done it. But after it i was pmed: [20.05.2016 17:13:10] Sinner's.Punishment: //you're dead, leave
So I left immediately after getting this message to avoid the problem sutiation, but seems it didn't help.)
Well, i decided to post here. The situation:I committed suicide being far away from the closest enemy, so there wasn't an enemy on my radar. I considered this as the death outside the fighting zone=no pvp death, that's why i reengaged. As I did an engagement notice before, i shouldn't do it again. So i considered that i just retreated and returned to the fight:

After my 2nd engagement i was pm'ed:

To avoid the problematic situation i left within 3 mins:

During the conversation with one of the admins, i was told that i had the death inside the pvp zone. But there's no definition about the pvp zone in rules, there is only the definition for docking within 10k. I thought it worked for the suicide too. It 's my "a VERY good reason why you did that"
Now "or how you will never do that again." As i wasn't informed from the rules about it, i couldn't know that the suicide even far than 10k from the closest enemy counts as the death. Now i know due to the conversation with an admin and I won't do it again.
Thanks.)
