Quote:1.3 Every player must have one ID equipped on their ship. Player should follow the restrictions and allowances listed in their ID and their roleplay and conduct must match the actions of their characters. In cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules.
Consequences: You'll find your ship placed in the prison system.
Ever ID on the server has it own restritions, which based on the Role Play of faction/individual you are playing for. The rule clarify that you must follow those restrictions.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbours, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE
I am well aware of the restrictions of the ID. The Pirate one on this particular character is... tricky for me to use given how I'm trying to RP the character, and I figured it was eventually going to get noticed.
Since this is most likely referring to my decision to not shoot the LN during the event in California, and my decision to attack the GRN instead, I fail to see exactly how this is going against the limitations of the ID.
As far as I know, I was not 'allying' with the Navy, only fighting alongside them in the defense of the system. Giving them complements based on their actions during the fighting is not allying with them, either. Outcasts have made the same actions that I did (attacking the GRN and disregarding the Navy fighting alongside them), and it's completely within the rules of the ID.
I'm just unsure as to how exactly something like this flags as an ID violation. In any other situation, I would agree, but mutual defense of a system that the character calls 'home'? Sounds kind of rubbish to me.
In the event that this sanction is for something other than the event in Cali, then please explain. Though, I'm pretty sure that this could be the only thing that could raise a red flag.
Also, I apologize for the late response. Work and sleep has kept me from seeing this.
So... I'm just gonna nudge this thread so I can get a clear answer. I've been waiting for about three days, and while I don't mind it, it is getting a tad bit uncanny. I've received no word on this whole thing. I can understand if the staff have just been bogged down by the whole 'server relocation', but a small statement would've been enough.
I'm just unsure of how this goes. The ship is still in Bastille, and I haven't received a straight answer. The original post didn't describe any duration, or anything other than a claim and a punishment, and it's getting a little strange for my liking. So, the main question of this is:
