They were huge, pretty much made a Carrier look like small in comparison.
Sure they were big, had a huge cargo capacity, but they were *so* vulnerable, not that they were easy to kill, a ship that big had a pretty heavy hull, even without armor.
Still, once you had one in your sights it was pretty much a matter of time before you could kill it, the time of course hinged directly on how much firepower you could bring to the party.
The one good thing was that hull, it gave the Barge enough time to be able to call for reinforcements/help in one form or another.
I personally can't remember if it had any weapons or not.
Yep, I wouldn't be too unhappy if it came back, but really, as has already been mentioned, it's the sort of ship a clan/guild/group buys in order to stick in some populated area to say "look what WE have" and clog up the space lanes.
I also remember making the one and only trade run with it from Nagano to New Berlin with Peregrine in escort. It took us 6 days to Berlin and back to Nagano. Got pirated multiple times and had more RPs then in my Ryuujin, but I also earned 10 times less then I would have with Ryuujin.
Ship good for RP, not good for trading. Good for storage, for group mining. Should have just disabled its capability to jump and left it as it was. Would have been perfect...
Ehhh... Good times... Fun times... Great memories...
