Captain Vega,
The Endeavor is still experiencing navigational control failures like those you witnessed in the Texas system. Since your VI was able to control the Endeavor quite well I would like to see about installing a similar system myself. Despite the Endeavors large power core I am not sure that it could power an advanced VI without one of your groups power cells. I would like for you to take a look at the Endeavor's systems and see if this is a feasible option for us.

Captain Scott,
It is my pleasure to help you out in whatever way I could! Sadly, process of creation of fully working VI takes weeks - if not months - all depending on the complexity and more than few other variables. However, I'm sure I could start working on it as a side project, since as you probably guessed by now, Spartan's VI is my main occupation and concern these days. I belive I could use most of raw Spartan's code to speed up the development process of working program - though it would only have few basic subprograms makig it capable to steer your ship just fine, but implementing language especially higher functions like one to understand your own voice and then commands, might take time during which you would have to limit your vocabulary used to order specific actions - like 'move to', 'stop' or 'dock'. To avoid certain problems your VI needs to develop on its own, like understanding your speech pattern, choice of words et cetera. I hope you understand, that taking under this type of job also won't be cheap - this area of science is fairly complicated as you surely know. But, to not scare you off, I can assure you we'll be able to find consensus in that matter.
Concerning power cell, there is not much I can do but point you the right way to obtain it: application form.

Captain Vega,
Thank you for your swift reply. Fortunately I believe we have solved the navigation issues that the Endeavor has been having. It appears that we had an intermittent short in some of the control signal circuitry that was causing a degradation in the signals and also causing some issues with the commands being routed to the wrong systems.
However, I still believe the added power from one of your power cells would be beneficial to our research labs on the Endeavor so I will begin the process of gaining purchase approval from the IRG.
