I'm currently observing this issue again, as a very specific Nephilim is using Omicron Phi to enter Psi and get remains. I also observed where the remains are going to, as ]TR[ has a transport for remains docked in Omicron Phi - the Outcast Guard system. It's time to stop this *****, bois.
In my feeling, the main issue with remains is their availability in missions - there's no longer any need to visit nomicrons to obtain such items, as they're accessible via missions in a easier, less RP-demanding or stressful way. It kinda killed most of the activity that some random indy noms used to do from time to time, patrolling iota and 99. It used to create activity both for Nomads (even K'Hara used to log from time to time), farmers (who had to visit 99) and Order / Core who could also make use of those noms, as it happened a few times. Since then there are merely any, if any, ships willing to say hello to our blue jellies. In my feeling missions are still the easiest way to get remains, as all you need to do is sitting at 4k and spamming mortars. Duks will not hit you, while you will hit them. There's also close to no chance of rp encounter, while each time you had to visit nomicrons, it might have generated some encounter, be it lower or higher quality, but still an encounter and activity.
Apart from this being off-topic, I'd rather have people moving their butts to Delta and be a target for everyone around rather than some shtty lolwutty Nephs in Psi that base in Phi to get remains from those sundivers. Like, most nomad acitvity is in Delta anyway. We have now and then those lolwuts, some indie noob order osiris and indie maltese that use their capitals to enter nomspace. The Vagrants are actively hunting those. What you're talking about is simply the lack of nomad players in general, with Piombo and Operator currently being the only two K'haras actively logging to somehow manage to keep the faction alive, while the Vagrants are too new to have good numbers. Like, we have currently nine people, with like half of them actively logging, as in raids, exploration or other things - currently, mostly farming evolution points.
The fact is simply: There are very rarely people coming to Delta to make those missions, as we would have seen it more often when we were logging.
