There is a replacement Storta model and a new Upholder model already coming up in the next update. I'd like to also implement a Corsair (and maybe GRN?) Cruiser, but both of those models are just not quite finished or up to standards.
Blame me for the no2_ ships not being flyable. That I should've done ages ago. Though I tried to have others do it, and they're just as slow at it as me
I personally don't find my development "work" to be that greatly affected by Discovery drama going on on the side. Honestly drama has been part of this community for as long as I remember. Although in some cases, it's reaching - or reached - new heights, which does irk me. What I think a lot of people forget, though, is that all the devs develop in their free time and want to enjoy doing so. This is why you'll see me do things I'm passionate about at the time. Right now, for example, I really want to get codename looting back into the game, but the new system requires quite a bit of work. So I'm not spending my time doing things that have been pending implementation for longer, which some would argue is "unfair", but it's just how I (and I suspect most other devs) work.

You know I love you Justin, and I know that this wasn't your doing
but it's also incredibly demotivating when 6+ months of RP is nuked from orbit by dev-staff crocodile tears coming from a community "member" that hasn't actually been involved in the community in any light worth noting in 2 years. That particular road goes both ways.

Publish basic info of what you will do in next update and shut pie hole of most of as !
Developers aren't Lazy , they just make big mistake by not publishing in forum what will be in next update , and what is is done so far , thats why average Joe who see only vague " next patch 87% complete " , thinks that they don't do anything .
Naturally , they don't need to explain every single detail , but few words of upcoming things is enough to calm restless ( and potentially prevents mistakes like snub missiles removal ) .
Random example of what can be published :
-Balance/bufs/nerfs of some ships ( 50% ) ,
-new flak weapons for transports ( done ) ,
-new battleship for Bretonia ( 50 % ) ,
-New anti snub weapon for capitals ( not sure should we implement ) ,
-New ore for IA ( just idea so far ) ,
-Removal of snub missiles/torpedo's ( just idea so far ) ( *this is example where , if majority of players are against removal , developers can hear public opinion and rethink this* ) ,
-replacing missiles/torpedo's with anti hull gun , wide spread , low damage , amno based ( just idea so far ) ( *again , public opinion matters , i hope , and we can suggest : "sure , we will try gun , but leave missiles/torpedo's" * ) ,
-etc .
I forgot i made this post, but i do wish to poke a few, and your replies are valid (the dev ones)
The gallic royal navy has a Battle cruiser, i think it would be more fair to actually (this isn't my Bret bias rn) to work on a bretonian BC as the crecy is servery useless against the gallics at this rate causing a lot of BAF Capital pilots to dislike flying a kirk because of the BC spam the GRN is capable of as we have no defence
this was made flood because i didn't want to make a direct pester, But it does seem that development is slow... but i can see where you are coming from
It is nice to finally get a legitimate response from you guys, but more information to do with heavy carriers balance and carrier bays would be appreciated as that is another thing in the minds of a few of us
(Titans content is out there, some beautiful visuals, but i assume this is often ignored due to peoples computer specs)
Thank you for actually taking the time to respond to this Haste and Durandal
