In my time, there never was one- and the moderation team was too busy, inept, unwilling, or braindead to respond accordingly or step in and handle things in a manner befitting of the term "moderation." Seeing this happen the way it did was why I never had a feedback thread active for longer than 10 minutes when Cross was a thing. Instead, I simply encouraged others to message myself or HC members directly if there were any concerns. It's amazing how much more constructive feedback we got with this method, with one or two notable exceptions literally driving their negativity into the RP space (because that's totally a logical and level-headed reaction, surely). People were actively proposing how we could better improve on the ideas we had rather than doing everything in their power to smear those involved and the faction itself out of spite.
To me, it's obvious that the public feedback model as-is doesn't work, and I've yet to see a convincing argument as to the contrary. Perhaps a less-public feedback model would work better with disco's current... lets call it "colorful" memberbase?
