Holosculptures include both 3D and 2D visuals created by holographic projectors. Holosculptures are imagined or impressionistic artworks that are created by the direct artificial manipulation of photons, and may depict either static or active scenes. To prevent unlicensed copying, holosculptures created by most professional artists are hardcoded into a holoprojector, and are incapable of displaying interchangeable projections. Like earlier art forms such as painting and stone sculpting, holosculpture themes range across the entire spectrum of human and natural life, and those created by master holoartists are extremely valuable collector's items.
