Biography

Little is known about this Zoner woman. Her commonly known name Louisa or Lou Salomé seems to be artisan, taken from old Sol's history, but her true name remains unknown, perhaps lost forever. The following summary describes the little that could be recovered from lost or intentionally damaged records.

First evidence of her existence were found in the archives of a little orphanage on Gran Canaria, the Black Dandelion. She is carrying its mark, a tattoo on her right cheek, until today. One of these archive records, dated 772, descirbes her as being talented, creative, stubborn and capricious. Another record from 776 reads 'Have to pass her into custody of Professor Grumble for special treatment on Cambridge'

While the records of Grumble's Institute of Advanced Psychometrical Genetics are very short and clear, 'She is nothing more than a menace harassing the whole class and my researchers. Meldar must be wrong about her potentials. We all need to get rid of her, as soon as possible.', a short holocord report from 787 shows a person looking like the young Lou Salomé being the featured star, Little Dandelion, in the Velvet Grip Series of the famous Blue Angels Sanctuary night club on Manhattan, and news archives are reporting of a scandalous marriage with the fifty years older Hgaar ‘Sensationist Torish (see #2741), the owner of Torish Rarities Inc., a Zoner company specialized in funny business.

Records covering the following years are not available. She is supposed to have worked as treasurer and staff manager for her husband's company, well shielded by the company's security personnel. Most of her work can be reconstructed by assembling the records of company assiciates and intermediaries, although she is rarely mentioned directlly in any of these records. Next records of public appearance are originating from the years 795 till 797. At this time she has been codefendant along with her husband in a sequence of lawsuits refererenced in the media archives today as the Great Nine Murders. Each of these litigations dealt with the murder of businessmen or authority representatives known for opposing commercial operations of Torish Rarities Inc. While none of the prosecutors has ever been able to produce any conclusive evidence for these charges, Torish nevertheless retreated to his private grotto on Gran Canaria shortly after the last acquittal. He has never been seen again, but rumours are still claiming that he must be living there, secured behind a sophisticated array of defence systems as host of secret bacchanal celebrations for a thouroughly elected circle of powerful figures. The last magisterial record of Louisa Salomé originates from 800, when she sold the company and donated the main part of the gain to welfare groups all over Sirius. She vanished thereafter.

She reappeared sixteen years later in a deep space exploration vessel, her beloved Spatial, wandering through the Omicrons where she finally met Johann Boll. Fascinated by his enthusiasm to unite individually operating Zoners and their versatile interests within an umbrella group, the Zoners Consortium, she hooked up with Boll, Marzursky and Topper spontaneously and helped them to establish a stable and steadily growing organisation. After the mysterious disappearance of their spokesman Mazursky she inherited the official business of the Zoners Constortium leading the group out of the shadows and into the Council of Zoners.
