• 1. Can attack pirates and terrorists in self-defense, to protect another lawful trader, or in defense of corporate bases of the same affiliation.
• 2. Can attack corporations affiliated with houses at war with Rheinland.
• 3. Can actively hunt Red Hessian players. May also demand Blood Diamonds from any transports carrying them and destroy those who refuse to comply.
• 4. Cannot ally with any unlawfuls.
• 5. Cannot engage in piracy except against IMG and BMM players in the Omegas only.
• 6. Cannot land on IMG or BMM bases, except Stokes Smelter.

Allowed ships: Fighters, Bombers, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats
