The Coventry is an older Victoria class Battleship in Her Majesty's Armed Forces. However The Battleship Coventry wasn't able to retreat with the Guardian of Harris, MacDuff, and these days is forced to wander around Tau-31 looking for anyone willing to help its crew.

The Great Shift

Guarding Edinburgh, the Battleship Coventry was ordered to assist MacDuff, guarding Planet Harris in Tau-31, against Kusarian raiders. Few weeks later, Coventry was heavily damaged by the Naval Forces bomber squad and had to retreat back to the Edinburgh system. Heavily damaged hull and engines were suffering during slow moves of the huge Victoria class battleship, however Coventry made it safely to New London where the repairs on the ancient battleship began. Two weeks later was the Battleship Coventry ready for combat and began its movement to its original territory, Edinburgh. Later though, Coventry once again was requested to aid MacDuff and so the previous Commander Barrow did.

Coventry remained in Tau-31, defending MacDuff and Harris as good as it could. Naval raiders kept failing untill one day when the silence reached Harris. No raiders, no contact with enemy of the Kingdom, no contact with Kingdom itself due to old and damaged communication system on Coventry. So the battleship changed its course heading back to Edinburgh. Essex requested an assistance against the Molly battlegroup shortly after Coventry had arrived to its home. Barrow didn't hesitate for a mere second and charged ancient engines, turning Coventry towards Dublin.

Coventry together with the Essex fleet engaged the Molly battlegroup. Out of nowhere a Corsair fleet had appeared and engaged the Essex and Molly battlegroups fighting in the proximity of the BMM mining station. Few hours later, damaged Coventry was forced to return to New London after the Corsair fleet had been defeated and the Molly battlegroup had retreated back to Arranmore. Once again Coventry had to be repaired.

Serving in Edinburgh during the war with Kusari, Coventry was ordered to assist MacDuff against new threat, Gallic Royal Forces which destroyed remnants of the Imperial Navy. Raids became much more frequent and powerful and MacDuff which lasted several months guarding Harris against foreign forces had to retreat back to the Kingdom. Coventry was trapped however, not being able to get through now conquested Leeds or Edinburgh and Newcastle now being guarded and raided by Royal Navy. Once again, Coventry and its small fighter wing consisting of one Cavalier and two Templars had to defend themselves against Gallic Royal raiders seeking the easy pray in their territory. One battle however resulted in Coventry sustained a heavy damage, including destroyed communication system, damaged on 50% working engines, loss of some weaponry and death of Commander Barrow. His position was taken by tactician specialist, Commander Caroline White.

The Exiles

Coventry and its small fleet had to retreat to Tau-29 and hide behind the ice field, not really being able to combat Gallic forces. The loss of some weaponry and the communication system was terrifying at best, but the crew was trying as best as it could to fix the comm system so the Coventry could send a distress call. The only help for the exiled Battleship is the IMG or Maltese forces.
