Pilot carrying this ID has declared themselves to be lawful and Neutral towards all factions.

  • Cannot attack other players except in self-defense
  • Cannot be attacked by any other players except in Guard systems or by mutual agreement
  • Cannot join any faction, except factions that are Neutral themselves
