Puertollano is a small base near the Omicron 81 hole manned by a determined group of volunteers. Their job is to interrogate any ship entering Omicron 81 and give advance information to Cartagena Shipyards and Seguro Refugio on all ships entering the system. Puertollano also co-ordinates all patrols in Omicron 81.
