They may offer advice to better orders or misinterpret indirect and nonspecific orders for the A.D.M.I.N.s benefit (as the A.D.M.I.N. as whole or separate). Their main task (apart from obeying A.D.M.I.N.) is to keep both A.D.M.I.N. and Servant Factions in the shadows as to keep the Sirius governments from overreacting.
