Tholey Station was estabilished as a joint operation between Daumann, the Bounty Hunters Guild(BHG) and the Rheinland authorities. The BHG have been comissioned by Rheinland to drive the heavy LWB presence out of the system, and handle most of the station operations. The Rheinland Federal Police maintains a presence on Tholey and ships off captured LWB pilots to New Berlin to stand trial. Daumann is still estabilishing its own facilities on the station mainly storage depots to be used to store goods for the colonisation effort, once the system is safe enough.
