I am here to report that a full load of cargo has been offloaded in front of your Comm Station. This cargo was ordered for special delivery, it was made clear to me that it was an important and urgent thing for you to obtain. The cargo I am speaking of is "RP 24/7 Rules". I hope all 4000 units will be picked up, and distributed out to your members evenly, the Zoners who fly under the flag of the Alliance urgently need it.


I intended to leave them with someone who flew under your flag, but failed to find one. I only came across an Order Capital Ship Captain, a Junker, and an independent Zoner.
