Can I create a clan with the tag - DOLG ?

DOLG has not been used thus far, and as long as it doesn't mean anything against the rules you may do so.
You can check
this list in future. Another note is that we refer to them as factions as opposed to clans here.
Well I guess technically if you're running a barbarian type of faction, you could call it a clan?
