So, I've notice that my FL is capped at 60 FPS so.. is there a way to remove/increase it?
not unless you want to hack!!
Don't. Turning the limitation off causes "jitter" which is against the rules.
Turn off v-sync in your GPU settings. Don't let it over 180, it's max allowed I think.
turning v-sync off means jittering

Wrong. Stefz already pointed it out.

V-sync off - okay.
Framerate above 60 fps/s - okay.
Framerate at/near 180 fps/s - not okay, cheating.

However, to be on the safe side - just don't change anything and keep your 60.

I thought that v-sync off just gives you 180 FPS

Depends on your system. If you're for example using HD starspheres it probably won't hit 180. My PC I bought 2 months ago hits only 120 at maximum.
So, having a good PC is cheating.... thats interessting... anyway thanks for the help.
Guess why that guy is moving with such an odd style. He wasn't aware of the issue and fixed it after a brief conversation.

P.S.
You have normal FPS by default. Why do you want to change it?
Malicious intents?
