Hello moppel, welcome to Discovery, Scumbag is right, you need to have an English copy of the game, you were not the only one with this issue, I suggest you buy an English copy of the game or find other alternatives to fix your issue, good luck.
yeah i got it
first i got an English version of freelancer. but it still crashed to desktop.
then i made an exception in my anti virus program for disco-folder on computer. now it works.
the funny thing is, it works with German freelancer-version too now (i tested it on other computer). so the reason for CTD was just my anti virus.
