In addition, to attacking without role play and not following yout ID, you exploited game mechanics to hide inside the base while shooting. You then changed the name of the ship and transferred most of the money off of it so I'm guessing you knew you were going to be reported for what you did. Hold emptied and sanction notice placed there instead. Oh, and I took the fine off your train since you moved the money around.
