If you lose server connection during a player interaction, you should get back in game quickly to continue the interaction, with the other player's permission. If that is not possible, then post on the forums and PM the players involved.
6.9 You must follow the restrictions/allowances of your ID, as well as the diplomacy of the NPC faction it represents. If your ID does not represent an NPC faction (generic IDs), then your reputation and conduct must match the actions of your character. You must not dock at bases that your NPC faction is hostile to, or attack allies of your NPC faction.
Consequences:
Since you appear to be rather new here, we figured fining you for all those rules you broke would be a bit heavy for you, so instead I've moved your ship to bastille, and you'll need to post here explaining the quoted rules in your own words. Once that's done, your ship will be moved out of bastille and you can fly it around again.
