I have a Titan and get from the beginning:

Incompatible technology detected.

And this one

Reducing powerplant output to 10% to compensate.

Do somebody know what kind of shield is the best and where to get it.

It's not normally a matter of shields, it's depending on your ID and weapons. What ID are you using, and what weapons?

I have for weapons:
buckshot cl 7
tizona del cid cl 8
3x salamanca cl 7

DIAMANTBACK cl 9
this one stand off

ID= Corsairs ID.

Corsair's cant use Buckshots, they're Bounty Hunter's guild weapons. Refer to the tech chart to see what you can and can't use with your ID.

i have not find it, becouse of this.

Titan-Class Corsair Very Heavy Fighter (RESTRICTED)
-Only usable by Order with approval from Corsair Elders

Just swap the Buckshot for something different and your core will go back to normal.
