A secluded base in Roussillon moving to somewhere in Magellan is well beyond the small leeway we may consider for bases.
Admin-voice over, the Roussillon base was never all that useful, and you really seem tired of caring for it at times. If you want a base in Magellan then go build one. Expect the local houses (that's three now, btw) to come knocking, which didn't end in your favour the last time.
