Will we still lose characters ?? because i lost all my chars of 4.86 and just started again today and got a mammoth after 4 hours of trading so will I lose it again ?? because if I do i wont trade more.

No, you will not lose anymore characters. The rollback was a one time thing. Read about it in the announcements section.
