Dear deputy director, the SA is aware of this threat and has stationed the LNS-Anchorage inside zone 21 and in the minefield, to patrol and secure the area of future threats, hopefully this will ensure that any further breaches are minimal at best.

-Was released from sick bay after a week of recovery from a run-in I had with PROSPECTOR, Xeno warlord...
-Today flew with LSF Mike Edwards, bomber pilot
-Upon setting of for my patrol run, officer Edwards contacted me to act as back up. Hostile was identified as a Liberty Rogue GB sporting Lane Hacker codes.
-Due to the limited capability of the navy issue Guardian VHF against capital class ship, I was forced to once again bring out my old gunboat. Target was disposed of appropriately...
-Within minutes of dispatching the 1st hostile, long range scanners picked up Outcast signature destroyer within the system. Sure enough, it was an OC destroyer...
-Luckily for us, we engaged the hostile within firing range of the BS Missouri and was able to reduce the destroyer into scrap...
-The LNS-Corregidor is docked at Norfolk for maintenance and repair...

Subject: Request Permission for Capital Ship
Sirs,
Over the past few months of service I have been re-familiarizing myself with Navy practices and laying low since I'm starting once again from the bottom. The experience is humbling, the skill level of the pilots we now are the best bunch I have ever had the pleasure of flying with. However, I have also noticed the increase in unlawful activity within our ZOI. This really isn't a problem since I know the pilots' skills are more than enough to handle 1 hostile. What bothers me is that the hostiles we encounter now pack more fire power than we do. Sure, fighter wise, we have the upper hand, but it really isn't fun to get swatted down like a fly when facing capital ships. As a result, I would like to request permission for 2 things; first, I would like to request permission to fly my GB during regular patrols in order to compensate for the lack of firepower. and secondly, if I may be granted to fund an SA tagged cruiser and/or carrier for dealing with threats like multiple gunboats, cruisers, and foreign battleships. If it helps ease your mind about giving me a capital ship, you may look at my previous combat record. Modesty aside, my skills in the LNS-Dallas cruiser were top notch fully utilizing the forward gun against its favorite prey, OC destroyers. Also, the old LNS-Las_Vegas was the most feared ship in Liberty, it was a carrier sporting nothing less than a MK8 capital armor upgrade. An upgrade which I bought twice. Ultimately, this decision is in you hands. If approved, I honestly believe we can reduce the crime rate merely by intimidation and avoid losses of equipment and lives of our people. if hostiles do engage us, I will more than guarantee that the will get fragged...
Respectfully,
Lieutenant Greg LaCroix

Lieutenant, we have decided to allow you to once again launch the cruiser LNS-Dallas, you are to make the ship spaceworthy as soon as possible. The carriers will not be used by the SA for now. Also, I will be promoting you to the rank of Commander, for future coordination of the fleet. Good luck out there Commander LaCroix. I hope you can prove this was a correct decision.

-LNS-Dallas is space worthy, request list of weapons available for use. As of now, its showroom stock
-Today, flew with mostly independent navy personnel, sorry if I cant remember who excatly.
-A lot of 1st for the Dallas and me today as well; 1st Dallas kill, 1st time I saw a pirate GB fleet (4 or 5 in California) and 1st Dallas death. I was only able to destroy 1 of them, but it does justify the need for a cruiser. Independent navy personnel were able to mop up the other 4.
-I promise to frag more of them before they get me next time.
*****12 hours later (to not make the thread full of LaCroix posts)*****
-Patrolled in fighter, flew with independent navy personnel Rogue_Warrior, a liberty cruiser and Kay, a liberty carrier.
-5 Xenos attempted to raid Manhattan, however the threat was thwarted despite being outnumbered. All but a xeno named -Spear- survived to limp back to Ouray base
-My shift ends with being blasted to bits by purely accidental friendly fire when we engaged a Liberty Rogue by the name of Don.Ronaldo (or something close to that)...
*****(1 hour after making the report above, sheesh)******
-Took out the gunboat just to make sure Liberty was safe.
-Upon lift off, I responded to Mike Edwards of the LSF. He was engaging a Liberty Rogue GB by the name of Piratius (or something like that)
-Hostile was fragged courtesy of yours truly, my thanks to officer Edwards for knocking out the hostile's engines
-FRAGGADOCIOUS!!
-Victorious day for Liberty!!

Greetings, sirs.
I regret that it has been so long since I have sent a report your way. However, I'm sure you understand how things get. Having returned from my unexpected leave of absence, I expect to be logging some more flight hours within the next few weeks.
I am happy to report that things seem to be flowing smoothly in my absence. Today, I logged on to be greeted by three LSF, one LPI, and two Southern Alliance officers.
Today was a rather productive day, as we engaged and destroyed four hostile contacts. Two in Texas, and two in New York. The first target destroyed was a Rouge tagged Gunship under the callsign of Jayde.Wolff, who was accompanied by another pirate named SeaFalcon. Both were destroyed near the tradelane between the New York Jump Gate and Planet Houston.
Next, I spotted a Lane Hacker Gunship in the Detroit Debris field leaving West Point under the name Marshall. His craft immediately fled upon our arrival, but we were able to CD him. As soon as his shield dropped, LPI Officer Matt O'Brian and I both released a Supernova Antimatter Torpedo. With no more than a split second between the two impacts, the gunboat immediately exploded.
Finally, on our return to West Point, we came across GH0ST, a pirate in a Slipstream. He was also dispatched.
I will say, I was most impressed with both of our recruits, Seth Karlo and Dave Elliston. Both recruits were quick to follow my orders, and as such, we were a successful task force.
I regret to inform you that the LNS-Oklahoma has not yet been refitted to a Cruiser Class vessel, however, construction is underway at the moment. I will keep you posted on her status.
Hope to see you all in space.
Regards,
Commander James Farley
