Greetings. I send this transmission as a plea or inquirey into how a Mercenary, who only under-takes lawful contracts in sight of wishing to uphold morals and laws within Sirius, can acquire a license to operate within Liberty space. I am sure the Mercenary ban is there for a good reason, and I am not wishing to insult anyone by sending this message. I merely find that my exile from Liberty under a "generalisation" is proving a little detrimental for business. I would be very appreciative if a Liberty Navy employee of required status to either authorise or negotiate such license distribution would contact me on a personal channel.

Goodday sirs

Reporting back from my holiday on planet Curacao in the Cortez system i cheked out with my maintanance chief in what condition my fighter was.

After 2 min of talking the alarm sounded.
*action stations, action stations, all crew too battlestations, all fighter pilots launch youre fighters.*

So i did.

When i was in space i got my updates from missioncontrol, turns out that on of oure pilots was in trouble and called all lawful ships too the californiagate.
On arrival i spotted several enemy contacts and engaged.

Rogeus/hackers even a junker?

The count was:
3 pirate gunboats.
2+ Fighters/bombers (atleast 1 bomber perhaps more fighters.)

We got the order too engage 1 of the Gunboats it was taken out but the battle went brutal.
A lot off good people died that day.
I even see them blowing up bounty hunter cruiser, i tried too cover him.... but against 3 Gunboats and bombers?

The fighting was a mess a lot of liberty civilians joined in laserfire all over the area.

Never the last my fighter was taken out and i managed too eject, a navy patrol picked me up and dropped me on the missouri.
From now on i will pull earlier out of the fight, because i simply loosse too many fighters.

Iff the missouri's intel had told me there were three Gunboats, i had taken my bomber out, but they didnt... so instead i arrived in the battle little underpowerd.

What a day. The fun started when a outcast came up in NY. We pursued it to NY, where we came into bigger trouble, a Coalition bomber squad. Luckily, they were keeping at bay, so officer Pregur and I kept searching for the SOB. However, we suddenly received a distress call from a cruiser we stationed at Mojave. It appears the 3 RABs were attacking it. We rendezvoused at Planet Mojave to find our cruiser under attack from the RABs, and we hastily engaged. However, the cruiser fell under triple supernovas, and unfortunately, Officer Pregur's ship was destroyed later.

I began avoiding their fire, hoping to keep alive long enough for reinforcements to arrive. Luckily, the reinforcements came in time. A bounty hunter orca was lost, but then the tides began to turn. 3 more LN officers arrived, and gave fight. The RABs eventually began to run, and we gave chase. After a long chase, they ran to a unknown jump hole. We pursued the RABs through this jump hole into a unknown system. Oddily, there was another jumphole. This jumphole lead to Colorado. We, of course, pursued them into Colorado.

While in Colorado, a Xeno arrived to help. The fight then split into 2 battles, with the RABs engaged with Officer MacTavish and Officer Harper, while I was fighting two Xenos. Luckily, Vape arrived, and together with MacTavish and Harper, they drove back the RABs. One, was destroyed while fleeing. Meanwhile, I was now dealing with three Xenos. Luckily, a Navy gunboat arrived, and soon after the other three Naval fighters arrived, and all 3 xenos were destroyed.

A glorious day for Liberty.

This day was a good day ! It was also my first day in the LN ranks but a nice one. My pilot license gave his results and the outlaws felt it the hard way.

First target was engaged in California system, a liberty rogue using something like a light fighter, my scanner didn't run well. It seems the reinforcements went at time.
Then, we received reports about a xenos terrorist attacking Fort Bush. Might be a death want. Why the xenos would attack one of our most protected station ?
Finally, I went give a hand to the Z21 defensive forces, an harvester unit and a smuggler went from the Jump Gate. As everyone know, the punishment for Z21 enforcing is the destruction of the trepassing vessel.

After all that movements in this short time, I've returning to my patrol through New York. My mate Samuel and I found a corsair around West Point. Due to the low ammos and power we had, a fight was not really welcome so I purpose him to leave liberty while i escorted him. He went then to Magellan system in freeport station, where i left him.

THey attacked without warning. On my patrol near Zone 21 2 nomads where spotted, I quickly chased them and followed them to the Badlands. They seemed to follow my moves and read my mind and eventually i fought them, backup arrived and we managed to push them back, the nomads escaped unharmed,

but this is what is suprising

shortly after Admiral Phelps told me suddenly, "you are in command, i have to go to Texas...Alone"
After about 30 minutes he returned, looking Scared and sounding deppresed. Then Admiral Phelps kept repeating how he met the Nomads, and how they read his mind, I thought for sure he was infected. Admiral Phelps said he was alright when i offered him a anti Infection Syringe, and whoever is reading this i swear to you he was out of his mind, He kept talking about Nomads cutting his guns and engines, and talking to him... They told him he was enlightened and Admiral Phelps began talking about seeing the light, Also he said the nomads coulda infected him but didnt, i dont know but somthing doesnt add up. He was deffinetly not himself...

This was only what i have heard, i have requested he be taking to the hospital for a check. I will keep updated on this, but one thing is for sure, the nomad thread is increasing,,,

::SUBJECT: Criminal and possible drug user impersonating LPI officer and engaging navy vessel::

Today, I finally got out of the med bay again - it seems like I finally have fully recovered from my encounter with the Nomad vessel. I began patrolling the Orbit around Manhattan again (still in my Liberator, since my main vessel still needs some time in the dry docks), and, beside from massive Bounty Hunter capital ship movements, I also encountered a rather strange individual - his ID was Di0gO - who caused a lot of problems today. His ID claimed that he was a LPI officer, but I doubt that, and you will soon too.

It began rather unbelievable, but still rather harmless compared to the rest of this story: he appeared out of nowhere, asked various people to give him large sums of credits, and later also began talking to a drug smuggler (maybe he bought some of his wares, and that's why he acted so strange); all the time, he was speaking in ciphers, constantly repeating the terms "lol", "OMG" and various substitutes for certain English terms like "you" and "are".

A couple of time after he dealt with the drug trader, he suddenly began engaging my vessel, taking down my shields and dealing minor structural damage. I instantly told him he was under arrest and to dock on Planet Manhattan for interrogation.

He refused.

After multiple threats, he finally docked on Newark Station, claiming he would cooperate now. I docked as well - but just seconds after my men dragged out a male Libertonian (who later claimed he did not know where he was and can't remember anything besides having drunken a lot of Liberty Ale), the ship powered up it's engines again and escaped.

I told him again to dock on Planet Manhattan, and alerted the nearby Libertonian forces of the presence of this criminal. He refused again (still transmitting ciphers, and also a couple of insults), so I engaged. Soon, I realized that my ship was too weak to deal any major damage to his vessel, and he surrendered, and after he mocked me a little bit (saying he can't remember what he was charged for, and that he was just testing his weapon systems on my ship) I told him again that he is supposed to pay a fee for the damage he dealt and the traffic he blocked (it came to large queues at the Manhattan docking rings, since a lot of civilians feared that they might get shot if they get too close to the battle), and then dock at Manhattan to be taken into custody; I also told him that if anyone would see his ship during the next 2 hours, he would suffer more serious consequences than just those he was already charged for - and you know what? Just as soon as our officers approached his vessel, he started again, and while I don't know how he managed to avoid our planetary AA cannons, was flying around in the orbit of Manhattan again, telling me that he "LOLs at me" (or something like that; I could barely understand him).

I hope you have more resources to deal with him than I have at the moment;

//OOC: I know, this would rather be a case for the admins, as he clearly has done a lot of stuff he could easily be sanctioned for, but sadly, I took too few screenshots for a sanction report...and sorry if I sound a little bit harsh now, but he really annoyed the heck out of whole Liberty. Thanks though to you Hyung, if he responds to the Angels he may not be completely "lost" then, let's just hope he'll learn;).
