It was one situation after another today, very busy indeed. Due to heavy Ion Storm activity, I am unable to present any video-cam footage of today's victories. Hopefully the good ol' memory will serve me well.

Getting quite a few reports of pirate activity down the Manhatten-West Point tradelane, I thought it best to check this out in my Avenger. Little did I know they had two gunboats, two bombers and a fighter waiting for me. I fell back to Manhatten and awaited backup. Fortunately, the [LN]-LNS-Milwaukee was on hand to help and with her protecting us, myself and Lt. Commander Darkmoor entered a fierce battle. After a few minutes into the battle, it seemed we had the upper hand, that was until Darkmoor had to go and get hit by a Supernova. Who knew the Rogues were sober enough to actually aim a Supernova.

I must commend the Captain of the Milwaukee for keeping the enemy gunboat off my tail and providing excellent cover fire. If it were not for his quick-thinking, I'm sure I'd be in a Manhatten hospital somewhere. After a while the gunboat ran low on Nanobots and Shield Batteries, at which point Krusa Corraine joined in the battle and lay a supernova on that scum's hull. The remaining bombers were no problem, with the second gunboat running from the battle.

I landed my ship for extensive repairs and went for a nice lunch at McDooglians.

Over the past couple of days, officers have reported that [GST[ tagged ships have been assaulting officers and breaking numerous Liberty laws. In a Diplomatic Communique I've compiled here, I've requested the [GST] leader present him/herself for severe questioning about the actions of the ships under his/her command.

Until the leader shows him/herself, I would ask all officers to force any [GST] ships to leave Liberty under threat of death. They need to know the Liberty Navy is not to messed with.

Evening, High Command.

This afternoon, a ship with the callsign CLASSIFIED handed over something they thought the Navy might be interested in: a Phantom pilot.

The name of the ship is withheld from all transmissions, fearing repercussions from these shady terrorists. Subdued in my bomber's cargo bay, I thought it would be easy to get him to Manhatten for...questioning. However, it seems there was a large Outcast raid occurring at Manhatten and my bomber was completely destroyed in the ensuing battle.

The status of the Phantom pilot is unknown as of yet, however if he managed to survive, he could be a real threat to house security.

Yesterday, while I was patroling around California with the LPI, we found a rogue vessel called Polar, previously to that I had have a call from a Gateway transport about a rogue pirating between planet Mojave and the New York jump gate, his name was Polar.
After helping the LPI to destroy an outcasts destroyer, I proceeded to investigate about this pirate.
Helped by the LPI we took his ship to Riverside station, the LPI provided me with a private room, and I and Polar got a little chat, and he asked my questions.
C: "Where were you an hour ago?"
P: "Probably at the same spot you found me"
C: "Who was there with you?"
P: "I was all alone... different people come and go... trade lanes are bussy there"
C: "I got informed there was a rogue gunboat about that time, around that place"
P: "I don't know him, I cannot recall... he came somewhat out of nowhere"
C: "We need all you can remember, it's gonna help you in the process"
P: "I would like to talk to the captain of the gateway vessel"
C: "We are talking with him, you don't need to do it"
P: "I would like to have him here to look me in the face and say that I pirated him"
C: "And let you intimidate him again? No sir... explain me with details, what happened with the gateway transport"
P: "He was passing by. I kindly asked him to power down his engines, he did it, no force was used, and I gave him a deal, it includes: share of profits... a little share, and I will do my best to protect him from pirates. I was doing it all day long, and there are people that can confirm that, my clients are very happy with me... they actually gave me a bonus.... will you call this piracy as well?"
C: "Perfectly, it's piracy indeed... taking money from traders by force or intimidation"

The interrogation was long, also we got one of his "clients", who payed him just because a friend told him to do it, that he protected him from another pirates. When I asked about that friend, I got a name Capitan Futuro, I will need to talk with him about how did he meet this rogue, and what happened then.
Until find this Capitan Futuro, I suggest to keep this pilot into custody of the LPI in the riverside station.

However, this decision is up to Lieutenant Commanders Galen Anderson, he continued with this case after I got off duty.

In response to Ensign Casero's investigation, I did respond to his requests for assistance. I did talk with the 'pirate' in question, Polar. Sadly, this conversation was quick as I was attacked by 3 Rogue gunboats by the name of Rogue.Ideas, Johnny.Knoxville, and another gunboat whose name escapes me at the moment. Also, a mercenary in a Thor bomber attacked as well. The ensuing fight wasn't pretty as the LNS Quimbly was destroyed and I too afterwards. I would conclude that if we find this Polar, we will interrogate him again, and see what his real motives are.

Well, you could land with a advanced train full of artifacts in buffalo if you wait long enough.
I saw myself, in real time, not on photos, one of the GST trying to pass through California, and it was intecepted by Lt. Backus and forced to retreat to Cortez.
They're going to change their routes or they are going to waste their time.

While patrolling today I ran recieved a call from Mo.Izq located within [censored] that there were multiple smugglers inbound to New York. I proceeded over to [censored] and jumped into the system. In not that long a smuggler named Benson carrying in excess of 3000 artifacts cut past me and refused to stop. Officer Clancy Wiggum was positioned just outside the gate back on the New York side with his gunboat but was unable to stop the smuggler because he was dealing with another intruder in [censored]. I took off after the smuggler and after a long chase all across the system we were nearing manhattan. I cut ahead of him using the tradelanes as another pilot continued to chase him on cruise. When I arrived next to the planet I had docking control shut down the docking rings, secure the mooring platform, and prepare for an incoming smuggler advanced train. i then turned towards the smuggler who was within 1k meters of me and fired a cruise distrupter. However, it missed and somehow he docked with the planet despite the lockdown i ordered. There was no transmission of him being apprehended on the planet itself either.

During the Victorious' first patrol around New York i encountered a silent Smuggler, he was attempting to ship 140 Units of Counterfeit Software, i cut the Tradelane and ordered him to drop the Cargo, he remained silent and attempted to flee.

Due to the ship not having a Cruise Distruptor as of yet i was forced to destroy his ship to prevent the contraband from behind shipped, currently the Contraband is in my custody where it shall be transfered to Manhattan to be destroyed.

Ensign Alexander Casero reporting patrols of the current day.
I did most of my patrols along with the LPI officer Aiden Maggard. First, we went to california to check out a small group of hackers attacking traders, but soon as they saw us, they run into the asteroids field, and we lot contact.
While the officer Maggard keeped patroling California, I moved back to Manhattan, as I got information from LNS-KingFisher about a smuggler breaking from *CLASSIFIED*. But, I didn't make in time to catch him.
But, I found the merc known as MD-1032 orbiting Manhattan, this merc had bretayed Navy officers in the past, and he claimed destroyed a LABC not so long ago. Under those circumtances, I warned him to surrender in peace, he will come with me, in one way or another. He chosed the hard one.

During that time, there was a civilian pilot, encouraging the merc to kill me, he offered 1 million credits for my head.

I'd like to see this pilot in the KOS list.

When I got to West Point to reload my ammo, I got attacked by a hacker called Contradiction, with help from officer Maggard, and the officer Jimmy Patterson from the 22nd squadron, we made him run away.
The agent Krusa Corraine, required our help at texas gate, to take care of another hacker, which we also made run.
