Commodore Sarah Willows:
Should I keep flipping you from reserve to active every other week?
The fact is, the Brookstone does not deserve this. Where we should be is as you say, on a lovely beach on Los Angeles, but I signed up to do my job. I assume that's what you signed up for aswell. Frankly, I don't think that the prospect of the destruction of two significantly expensive warships is better than the prospect of the destruction of only one significantly expensive warship, given the circumstances.
I'd like to actually be fair to people who aren't Logan Willows, once in a while. The position of Commodore comes with situations like this.

I'll make it blunt, "Commodore" Robinson.
I.
Do.
Not.
Care.
And I don't like that last line of yours either.
I've put my son under your command so he doesn't get any "special" and extra-nice treatment from me.
And don't you tell me about damn warships. One Siege Cruiser more or less doesn't matter.
We can build as many new ones as we want, and we've got surplus money for replacements laying around.
Aaand, don't tell me the Captain of the Brookstone's without guilt, 'cause he's not.
That whole matter could've been solved in private, nice and quiet.
If not, he could've sent you, MacTavish, Hale or me a damn message so we'd take care of it.
Instead I'm having my time wasted here.
So if you're going to treat 'em all nice and cuddly, fine.
But don't come crying to me when they suddenly bite your hand, and when that trash repeats itself again.

Brookstone and Atlanta, remain in drydock on Norfolk until further notice. This is an order. I expect you will abide by it, both of you.
Sarah, you can get back to your shore-leave if you want to. Thank you for putting your oar into this and catching it before I did. Much appreciated Commodore.
Ensign Rachel Baker. Thank you for the report on the ]NTF[. They will be dealt with by the full force of the navy. However any and all naval personel are to get me as much information on these individuals as is possible. Rachel, I suggest you get yourself off to a med wing to look at that blow to your head. You're a fine officer, and I don't want people concussed on the job.
John Tyin and Isaac Baker are both hereby promoted to Ensign. Set up either a Avenger or Guardian as soon as possible. You've proved yourselves to be more than worthy.
Captain Karlo, you are licenced to use the excalibur weapons. There may be a few in our stores. Contact the quartermaster at the nearest opportnunity.
Ensigns Logan Willows and Tom Preager. You are both rapidly beocming very valuable assets to the Navy. I have been keeping an eye on your progress and will be rewarding it soon enough. Preager, you information on the Phantom cruiser will provide invaluable, and Preager, you are an astonishing presence in a fighter. Willows, you may not have your mopther's skill in a fighter, however I haven't regretted the decision to grant you a bomber ahead of the normal rank required. Your West Point instructor advised me to do so, and you've been more the effective with it.
Lt. Cmdr. Casero. Sounds like you had a rough time with those Cartel people. By the sounds of it you put your heart and soul into that when so many others would have given in. That is the attitude I expect from a naval officer. Good work.
Richard Knight. For appaling conduct you have been removed from the ranks of the Liberty Navy. Remove the [LN] tags from your ships transponder signal and hand what propery of ours you are in possession of back to the quartermaster. Ordering someone to fire on another [LN] member is unacceptable, and this is your punishment. You have been on thin ice for some time.
Finally I'd just ike to tell Sarah and Christina to relax a little. You're pushed too hard, you both do too much, and I'd hate to see you fall out with each other over anything. Now, both of you, enjoy your vacation. I gave it to you for a reason. Relax.
Admiral Hale out.

Fine, it seems as if I've been overruled.
Orders recieved.
Captains of the Brookstone and Atlanta, drydock your ships immediately at Norfolk Shipyard. That order has come from the very top of the command structure.
Do not make the wrong move, captains.

Ladies & Gentlemen, it is with regret that my office has been monitoring transmissions of a recent incident within the Liberty Navy ranks that must be swiftly addressed for the security of our great nation.
Threats against Naval Officers, their crews and taxpayer supplied vessels will not be tolerated by other Naval Officers, you work for the President, the democratically elected senate and the Admiralty, not for yourselves! Any declaration of hostility towards another Liberty Navy ship that has not been authorised by Naval High Command is treason, should the LN High Command request it, the LSF will arrest any rogue Captains and have them lobotomised to protect Naval security.
LSF Departmental Directors and their Agents are hereby ordered to enforce Admiral Hale's orders to the letter.

I will comply with your orders sir. I have a few agents that are on "special" missions so it may take some time to locate and give them their instructions. It is saddening to say the least that we were used by a member of the Navy to back up his threats against these captains. We of the Liberty Security Force will always aid the Navy when in trouble and if requested we will help them in other areas, unless the request is unreasonable or conflicts with current standing orders.

This concerns the Phantom menace and the embargo with Rheinland, in two seperate incidents:
Firstly, two phantom ships, Black Rose and Gentle, were spotted in New York. As Commodore Willows was in a very deep sleep, I quietly made my way to my ship, and left Los Angeles. The repercussions of doing so are unclear, but that's another discussion.
I held the Phantom ships, a Ravenclaw fighter and a Praetorian bomber respectively, until backup could arrive in the form of Admiral Hale and ensign Willows. Despite his snappy tongue, the ensign did a great job of taking out both Phantoms in short order. Only my Guardian suffered medium damage. Nothing that the engineers can't fix in a few hours.
Moving on.
This Junker is to be apprehended immediately. I am sure I do not have to explain why, but in case I do, here is the explaination:
I was in the process of getting him to turn around and head with his load through the independant worlds between Liberty and Kusari, since he previously said that he had obtained his cargo from Yokohama shipyard. This in itself raises questions about the status of Junkers in Kusari, but that is neither here nor there. Another vessel comes out of the trade lane from Hamburg (these events happened in Bering), and the Junker quietly makes a run for it, which I didn't spot until he was out of distruption range. As he departed from scanner range, I recieved the aforementioned sum of credits, and that conversation is there for you to see.
The vessel is, at the time of writing, a Junker Pirate Transport. At the time, he was carrying Engine Components across the border. I would be very appreciative if the Liberty Police Incorporated could take him and impound his ship if he is spotted inside our borders.

Salutations.
A lot of action occurred during my routine patrol today. First I encountered a lonely Liberty Rogue Bomber near the Texas Jumpgate. He was busy attacking a Trader but I managed to intercept in time before he made the killing blow. A few thanks received from the Trader and I continued on with my patrol towards Zone-21. I had just recently received some intelligence regarding two unauthorized Pilots trying to breach the minefield in order to enter the restricted area. I managed to cruise-disrupt one of them and proceeded to terminate the target due to violation of Liberty Law. Unfortunately the other one escaped while I was fighting the captured pilot.
Moments later, a GST Pilot was spotted entering the Alaska system from Omicron Minor. He was persistent and refused to halt even though I gave out several warnings. After almost a five minutes chase I finally managed to intercept with a cruise disruptor and proceeded to terminate that target aswell. While I was heading back to the New York Jumpgate, a smuggler carrying Artifacts came flying by, well unfortunately for him I had a Cruise Disruptor, the target was eliminated.
That is all,
Signed Ensign Logan Willows

Been sitting here.
Been thinking.
Been giving a damn.
That's over.
This is my official resignation from the Liberty Navy.
No putting me in the reserve.
I'm done.
You want to know why?
Tough luck, ladies, tough luck.
I don't care, anymore.
