sufficient flight time, have requisitioned and outfitted a BDR-804 "Guardian" -class fighter complete with an
appropriate transponder reading, and have acquired
Liberty Navy Guard paperwork. As such, I believe I fulfill all the requirements for advancement to Ensign rank.

It's been some time since I wrote my last report, but whatsoever.
As of my duty, I commenced my patrol from Colorado. System was full of traders today, gladly there were no pirates. My next waypoint was laying in New York system. A trip around the system shown nothing unusual, after that I proceeded to California. I've met up with officer Krourzberg at Mojave. Had we not started out patrol yet, an Outcast gunboat appeared on visual. He was all silent, and then we retaliated.
After a battle we continued to Texas, but we haven't found anything there and decided to lay down.

Good afternoon Admirals, Commodore.
This is Captain Alistair reporting. On 0930 hours today the Illinois proceeded to head to San Jacinto in Virginia for its scheduled armament refit as a multipurpose Dreadnought. On the way we've picked up a distress call regarding a hostile Outcast Dreadnought, Ranseur-class, in the vicinity of West Point. Not really the most believable thing, but I ordered for the ship to turn about and investigate as per standard procedure. In Manhattan's vicinity we encountered Security Force Operative Morgan Donald and I informed him of the situation, after which Donald proceeded to quickly switch into a ship more capable of handling a capital-class threat.
Suffice to say that the call wasn't fake and the aforementioned hostile was indeed present in West Point's vicinity, along with a hostile Gunship which appeared to act as an escort. Enclosed is a log of the communications which followed afterward and camera footage of the ship's destruction.

[color=#99FFDD]The Ranseur was completely obliterated. We suffered no casualties and the Illinois sustained no damage. I would like to commend Operative Donald for his quick response, as without his aid, particularly coming in the shape of Cruise Disruptors, the Ranseur could have possibly vacated the area and, regardless of what its captain, I presume, said, still lingered around Liberty as a potential threat to our systems' internal security. Furthermore, the Illinois' refit procedures have been completed and I will proceed to re-register it with its new abilities and purpose in mind as per standard procedure.

An excellent patrol today as Ensign Dimitrova, Mobius One and I took down an outcast gunship that was apparently flying to Coronado to get a new scanner. Unfortunately the talk beforehand turned violent as the pirate vessel opened fire. Our three fighters were more than sufficient to take out the aggressor.

Afterwards, Agents Jinko and Donald of the LSF, Recruit Officer Travors of the Liberty Police, Neo and several others joined us on our patrol in which the Texas, Pennsylvania, California and New York systems were cleared. There was a particular incident with a Junker who refused to drop his contraband, however, flying into sun seemed to remedy that. An ion storm swept across the systems however and we were forced to land. Fine work to Ensign Dimitrova and to the rest of the enforcement forces as it has been a pleasure.

Greetings command. I've recently completed my physical rehabilitation and the docs say I'm ready to get back to work.
So, consider this is a formal request to be re-admitted into the ranks.
I don't mind a demotion or three, I just want to serve again.
The medical bills took most of my money and what was left of my ship, but I have enough to re-outfit a single Liberator class fighter at this time.
I've always felt more comfortable with "Libbies" anyway.
