Transmit....... WAR IS OVER WITH AW
To: SA
Comm ID: LNS-RedBear
Greetings
It is a great day. We have a Ceasefire with the AW and within the next couple of days an end to hostilites with them. Under the AW-SF-SA agreement the AW will be pulling out all their ships. They are not to be fired upon unless they fire 1st. Once removed, the AW will only bring traders within our patrol area (Texas & California). The only combat vessels allowed are fighters and GB, but only if passing through they may not tarry. Larger vessels are allowed into NY for general house keeping duties via Conneticut only. Overall, any AW vessel entering our jurisdiction is to be held to the "Laws of the Land."
My sincere regards
Governor RedBear
P.S. said ceasefire only applies to AW.
ooc: General order to all. We need to gain our Lib Guard rep. LNS-RedBear is almost at mid point and i really think to be more legit we should all have it. I know, it is a pain but I believe it must come to pass.
My regards

To: DOD, SA Admirals,
Sitrep: LNS Columbia
Sir, I'm happy to report that the Columbia has successfully made its transition from the Gunboat to the Cruiser. My Crew were ecstatic and are looking forward to keeping the peace in Liberty Space. Provisional weapons test conducted in Connecticut with BSG Talarca Cruiser Thanatos and Liberty Cruiser [TM]MFS-Hypernova proved successful as we were victorious. A few tweaks is required and Columbia will be formidable.

A seize fire request for Rogue Traders
Sir, was on patrol in Texas when I received a hail from Rogue63. He wishes to open a diplomatic channel with us with regards to safe passage for their Traders (namely Rogue63_Ark and Rogue_81). I believe it is only fair for us to give them a chance to put forward their proposals. I have informed Rogue63 to contact any of the Admirals to begin discussion.
That is all I have to report.

Attention,
It is a sad duty to call an Admiralty Court of Inquiry upon a fellow officer. However, an infraction of long standing regulations has possibly happen and a Court of Inquiry is now called. Forming the court shall be Admiral Thor of California Squadron, Vice Admiral Nussebull of Virginia HQ Squadron, and Admiral Redbear of Texas Squadron. The defendant is Commander Sturm of the LNS-Hawaii (LAC). Charges have been leveled by Civil Authority that said officer used Engine kill while in Cruise to engage a target. Said tactic is forbidden by SA regulations in addition to community rules.
"The player "[SA]-LNS-Hawaii" has been fined with equipment removal.
Korrd Yesterday, 11:15 PM
Reasons:
Using cruise and then engine kill with a battleship in combat to gain speed.
I got screenshots proving it."
To be determined by the Court of Inquiry:
1. Did member use said act
2. If so, what level of punishment, ie Administrative fine, Court Martial, or other to be determined by Court
Due to such, I, Admiral OsoRojo of the Combined fleet, sadly, calls the Admiralty Court of Inquiry into existence. Admirals do your duty.
