As my gunboat was in for its monthly maintenance, I resorted to use my fighter. I was nervous at first because of the fact of my long history of bad aiming using the 2.00 weapons... so I decided to change them in our good fast shooting Vengeance laser weaponry.
While in Virginia refitting my fighter, the alarm bells sounded warning of a Xeno wing harassing the lanes in California. Since I was alone, I called for any assistance from a LNS ship. There was only one available at that time that responded to my call: [color=#33FFFF]Battleship.Melinda
The Xeno wing had moved to New York when I finally decided to confront them. There they were spotted by the Battleship at West Point. I hurried as fast as I could before they decided to tackle the Battleship. Once I got there, tensions were rising between the Xenos and the Battleship. Luckily a nearby Freelancer by the name of
Griffin wanted to shoot at the Xenos for a price. By some form of bad luck, the Freelancer was carrying Cardamine and I ordered him to drop the cargo before engaging the enemy wing. He gladly complied.

The Xeno wing consisted of 2 fighters and a Grizzly freighter. They opened fire on the Freelancer first as he was collecting the bounties. I went in to assist Mister Griffin. Due to the firepower of the freighter, I was forced to order the Battleship to fire upon the freighter. It is worth noting that two capital vessels also responded to the commotion but I decided not to place them near the battle as it would be wasting their time, instead I ordered them to look out for more pirates, if there are any.
After some time, the Battleship managed to down a Xeno fighter:

We left after Griffin and the last fighter dueled. I must say that Freelancer is very skillful. After this, I headed towards our borders to the North were a number of Rogue ships were spotted by passing traders in Galileo. I ordered Griffin to accompany me and the Battleship to stay at Galileo JG, just in case the Rogues decided to bring out their Scylla cruisers.
While scouting the lanes with Griffin, we found a KNF officer also searching for the Rogues. He encountered them in Kusarian side of the system but the Rogues ran for the Komatsu Cloud. He asked us if we wanted to help him search for them and
we agreed.
At some point, we found them near Cassini Jumphole:

The honorable KNF officer challenged one to a duel and I was also offered the same, but for some reason these Rogues ran for their lives. The KNF officer didn't pursue the Rogues into their home system and returned to Kusari, we also did the same after making sure the lanes weren't camped by anyone.
I hooked up with two primary fleet officers:
[LN]-Lionel.Rynax & [LN]-Ian.Johnson. We were receiving numerous reports of pirates around Colorado and New York proper. Lionel Rynax in his oddly missile Guardian found a
Rogue to play with.
The Rogue didn't last long:

Once we were in New York, we received reports of a Outcast Battleship. We found the beast along Norfolk-West Point lane already engaged by secondary forces. Captain Redline showed up in his LABC, the Barbapapa, and within seconds the Battleship suffered massive damage.

In the end, the OC Battleship blew up into a huge fireworks display. I must say these pirate ships make up a good show.
Afterwards, an intruder near Z21 was shot down by my bomber, the rocket pods made quick work of him:
