Greetings.
I am here to report yesterdays occurrences, where a n-n-nomad was spotted within California...
At one point, I went to investigate it. It somehow made some sort of connection with me and it relayed messages to my brain.
Penultimately, this was not set to last as the Primary Fleet quickly attacked and destroyed the Nomad. Though, I could feel it's pain as it was being targeted which was not at all pleasant, because I was still somewhat linked with it during the whole ordeal. I was unable to shoot at it though, as it seemed the Nomad had some kind of control over me.
Once it was destroyed, we had the all clear and proceed to move out. I explained how I was under some kind of n-n-nomadic influence at the time, hence why I was useless. Even though we could not see it though, I could still 'feel' it was still out there. Somewhere.

Greetings, sirs.
During a routine patrol I hooked up with several elements of our fleet near West Point Academy engaged in a battle with pirate forces (3 Werewolf class vessels and 1 Bactrian class vessel). I was more than eager to join in with them and assisted in wiping the area clean of hostiles, though I'm certain the lack of my assistance wouldn't have impeded our forces' victory in the slightest.

Assuming command of a flight element with Ensign Valentine we responded to reports of a Xeno terrorist in the Colorado system. We eventually ran across a man by the name of Anthony Clark whom we followed to the New York system and questioned about the destruction of a vessel in Colorado. He admitted to the destruction of a vessel there which he claimed contained Cardamine, and when asked said he was a registered member of the Liberty Bounty Board. His story broke down when after dealing with several annoying Liberty Rogue gnats I noticed his bomber's anti-matter cannon had a Xeno hardware and energy signature. He fled back to Colorado through the local anomaly, where we lost him due to his cloaking device. The Ensign and I maintained a local patrol of the system however, and we were able to chase him to Xeno territory, where they welcomed him with open arms. It may be assumed that Anthony Clark is in fact affiliated with these terrorists and is to be treated as a valid combat target when encountered in the future.

Howdy sirs.
I was running some patrols of New York earlier today when I decided to swing by Pennsylvania to check on the miners. When I got there I was told about a trouble maker. Turns out that there is an independent pirate ship with Freelancer markings and the callsign Fat.Clydesdale. He ain't the easiest guy to deal with, I tried to take him in but I couldn't get through his armor. I tried to find him again with my Upholder, but he had escaped into Inverness by the time his exact location was found again.

Be on the look out for a Percheron ship with the markings Fat.Clydesdale. It is armed with transport cerberus gun turrets. It is equipped with a fast recharging civilian shield, heavy armor, and long range scanners. The vessel in question has been seen harassing silver miners in Pennsylvania, he has admitted to operating in Alberta and Bretonia. The ship fights in a manner similar to jousting, if you get behind it it will use turrets. The vessel holds off on firing until approximately 200m.

After we exchanged formalities we headed out on a patrol to Planet Manhattan. The Area was clear so we moved on to the California system. We did a sweep of the system and found nothing. We then moved on to the Pennsylvania system. After a brief scan of the system we determined everything was normal. I am now currently awaiting orders at West Point.

The other day, I received a distress call in Virginia about Rogue forces in New York. Arriving to Fort Bush, the LNS-Exeter were already in combat along with a few LSF and secondary fleet personel. Following it's orders, I flew to the combat area and entered the firefight. Rogues had two cruisers and a gunboat in the area. While the others were busy with one of the cruisers I focused on the gunboat, not letting it to escape. The fight ended with the total elimination of Liberty Rogue forces without a single loss on our side.
After that, I performed a full scale patrol in New York. There was no sign of additional Rogue forces, nor anything noteworthy.

Given recent issues with the Junker's Congress acting well out of the bounds of propriety, High Command is initiating an operation to gather more intelligence on their activities and as a message that we are not to be trifled with. This operation is codenamed "Ghost Town" and is as follows.
- All Junker's Congress vessels(.:j:.) operating within Libertonian jurisdiction(including borderword systems) are to be actively sought out and tailed whenever the situation allows for it. This includes any deviation from standard flight paths such as laneless travel on or off plane.
- At all times you are to maintain comm silence while in their presence and are not to acknowledge any hail or attempt at communication from them. You are free to interact with any non-affiliated vessel as per standard protocols, but no acknowledgement of the existence of the Junker's Congress vessel or of your behavior towards it is to be discussed.
- Any communication, direct or indirect, that you determine is relevant to the situation at hand is to be documented and reported.
- Any illicit cargo or behavior from a Junker's Congress or affiliated vessel is to be documented and reported.
- Any incident where an unlawful element "happens" to appear and run interference for a tailed vessel is be fully documented and reported.
I expect there may be some difficulty while exercising this operation, but you are the best we have, and I expect that you will give your all in making this a success.

Howdy sirs.
Reporting in, spent the evening as Admiral Polstari's wingman in the start of "Ghost Town" last night. Several Junker Congress ships were active all throughout Liberty space. The ones that the Admiral and myself were investigating were mostly moving between the Bretonian border and New York, carrying various amounts of supplies to and from locations ranging from Inverness to California Minor.

The Junkers gave Lambert some trouble, as he noted in his report. The ones that the admiral and myself followed were largely silent. In New York, they did partake in a few antics that were a might bit stupid, ranging from flying in circles to disrupting multiple trade lane rings and harassing officers.
In addition to the Junkers, several pirate ships were encountered during the patrols. Targets included a Scimitar, a Barghest, and a Tridente. A pirate train with Outcast markings attempted to enter California, but it was turned around at the border and forced out.

Other than those minor skirmishes, patrol was normal.
Also, if I may suggest, perhaps the government could look into hiring BHG pilots to shadow the Congress to put additional pressure on the organization. Hunters could get paid by the amount of time they follow the Junker, and timestamps could verify the amount of time they have been following. It would also allow Junker ships to be observed and pressured in systems like Humboldt, Puerto Rico, Sigma-13, and the Omegas.
