To the Admiralty and High Command,

I have personally elected to acquire a bomber due to the high number of Capital ships I've spotted in patrols. Unfortunately for me, I spotted a Pirate Freighter in Texas. Figuring I could at least use this shuttle as a distraction to let a few ships pass through, I engaged it long enough that a few transports could get pass the Pirate. Hopefully, none of them were embargo breakers... My shuttle could barely take a hit, though, and I had to eject, my pod making its way to planet Denver.

Taking a few hours to gear, equip and outfit my bomber, I then went on a patrol schedule, during which I met a bunch of LSF agents], who swiftly tried to hush me away and get me to leave the scene. I decided to not overstay my welcome, despite the potential embargo breakers that were in the independent worlds. I hope they weren't trying to start anything.

Returning to the Capital, I stepped away from my cockpit for a few moments to fix an issue with the oxygen pressure, which wasn't properly calibrated. While this happened, I was apparently contacted by the Liberty Security Force, and Graham, who I wasn't aware was even on patrol, was shot down. Commander Morse joined me, and we swept through Pennsylvania, where the bandit was apparently hiding, but we never found him.

We ended up meeting Agent Tracer of the LSF, who I offered to join up with on an embargo enforcement mission to get the ropes of the job, as Commander Morse was ending his shift anyway. Sitting in Texas, the agent and I idly chatted, though he was mostly secretive and strict. After nearly an hour of sitting still like this, we finally caught a Freelancer attempting to export Synth Gel to Rheinland. All of our calls remained unanswered, so we attempted to scrap his vessel. Unfortunately for us, he vanished without a trace all of a sudden, with no evidence of his deed. Not even the LSF could track him down, so we called off the chase and ended our Embargo shift.

Condensed report:
-Delayed a pirate long enough to allow transports free passage, shuttle lost during combat.
-Acquired Havoc MK II Civilian bomber. I prefer the extra agility and extra bit of hull this offers over the Upholder.
-Graham's ship was lost to an unknown target. Commander Morse and I failed to find target in Pennsyvlania.
-Assisted Agent Tracer of the LSF in Embargo shift, one smuggler was intercepted but managed to "disappear".

Signing out,
Ensign Hélène Dupuis.

Admiralty,

This Report concludes incidents on the 24th and the 25th of June.

24th, June -

Starting my patrol from Battleship Yukon, California, through the rest of the system, my patrol throughout the system went smooth, as no hostile nor suspicious vessels were encountered, However trouble began in New York, on the tradelane from West Point Academy to Planet Manhatten, A 'WAR-4b "Waran" Civilian Bomber', was found, after several denies to comply to my orders to escort it out of Liberty space, engagement with it had to be done, and so it did, the bomber was destroyed with the help of a police vessel "LP-Med.502", After the fight got dragged to the Badlands. Following that incident, I continued my patrol throughout the Texas system, where I recieved a distress call from the same police ship, regarding a Rogue Gunboat causing trouble at the California gate in the New York system. In response to the said call, I grabbed a bomber from Missouri, and headed towards the location of the conflict - finding a couple navy Bombers there, Officers Rachael Boot, and Stephanie, Already in battle with the gunboat, I joined them, and the gunboat was able to find it's way through California to the Asteroid field, But it failed as we were able to destroy it in time, provided by the missiles from a nearby Vigilante Battlecruiser.

Later that day, I went on another patrol, having A navy officer called 'Little:Cori' as my wingman, through New York, were we found a pirate gunboat, Callsigned as 'The.Sanguine.Scream', We didn't have enough firepower to take it down, and It showed no aggression, and agreed to be escorted to Coronado system, After escorting the gunboat to Coronado Jump hole in Cortez, a Border World Transport loaded with Artifacts appeared, After many requests to drop off the cargo to be confiscated, It did, But not all of it, as it ran away with the most of the cargo to Coronado, where it got stopped, fined and confiscated the cargo.

25th, June -

This patrols starts from West Point Academy, Through the New York system, where I found a Republican shipping 'Uruz' Rheinland Transport, that fired upon me on sight along-side with a Civilian 'Albatross' Transport, The Uruz was destroyed, However The Albatross was able to run away to Texas, due to problems with the Trade-lanes.

And later, I recieved a call from some Transports regarding a Rheinland Military ship in Pennsylvania, I set out to investigate, but no sign of it, However, with help of the Police's "TLAGSNET" Network, we were able to Identify a possible place for it to be at, Planet Manhatten, Once there, I found a couple 'Vigilantes' already engaging it, and the Rheinlander was down in a short time, The Gun-cams in this report are poor due to malfunction with the system, My ship is on maintenance on Battleship Missouri.

Admiralty,

I'll keep this short and simple.

Started my patrol from Battleship Norfolk, New York. Most of the system seemed to be under control, except for some rogue and outcast rookies. However, I spotted a big signature near West Point towards the Badlands, After heading through to investigate, I found an Outcast Transport, loaded with Premium Scrap, multiple requests for it to stop and cut it's engines were delivered, but it was refusal from the outcast's part, Luckily Officer Handerson was nearby, and we were able to destroy the transport.
Carrying on with my patrol, I headed to California, all trade-lanes, and base's vicinities were clear, in addition to the outer-part of the asteroid fields. Heading then to Onatrio, ending my patrol at Fort Severn.

Later that day, Lieutenant Graham on board the L.L.S Lakewood, spotted some signatures from the Alberta system, after receiving some information about a vessel jumping from Alberta to a system called 'Maine' or whatever it's called, I had no idea what it is. However, I was nearby, so I sat course to Alberta to investigate. I failed to locate the vessel after long search through out the system, but, I will be heading to Alberta more often, in order to find out about this 'Jumpy' vessel. My Patrol ended up at Battleship Concord.

In the evening, I departed from Battleship Concord, Alberta, and Headed back to California. On my way back, In Ontario system, I was met by a Hellfire Legion Fighter "DARK" That fired upon me on sight, with one sentence that meant no sense except for him wishing himself to die, as he said "Let's die" Ohh.. well, that was odd... Anyway, The Fighter was damaged by critical damaged, until it ran away, damn coward. The rest of my way back was clear, no suspicious or enemy vessels were sighted.

SUBJECT: Nomad activity, and strange nomad object
ENCRYPTION: Very High
PRIORITY: High

Admiralty and High Command,

This report contains high priority details regarding nomad activity, and other incidents.

Yesterday's night, I received a distress call from the Captain of the L.N.S Utah regarding pirate activity in the California system, I responded the call and found a rogue gunboat on the heading towards the New York Jump gate, After multiple refuses to my orders, I engaged it, and was able to take it down by my own.
Here comes the interesting part. L.N.S Utah received strange nomad signatures in the system, Search protocols were initiated. eventually we were able to find those nomads, Two Nomad vessels, Medium-to-large class. Not far from Planet California Minor into the asteroid field, After a while with chatting, We were able to destroy one of them, but the other one was able to somehow disappear.
strange signatures were coming out from a LPI Battle cruiser that was preforming with us "LPI.Angel's.Grace" After scanning, a strange Nomad object was recognized in It's cargo hold, that seemed to be a Power Cell, The Captain of the ship complied with me, and handed over the Nomad object. However there was something that I don't remember that happened before the fight. Anyway, A Rogue gunboat was also present when the nomads were sighted, and it appears that this Rogue gunboat killed an LSF agent, With the help of the Angel's Grace, we destroyed the ship.
After a short while, I had a talk with 3 people, one of them appears to be an Order agent "Royal.Poisoned.Flower", due to her flying an Order vessel. She claims that either the LSF or 'Division 9' are infected, And she has proof regarding this, as she they were sighted with nomads, showing more of a friendly-behavior towards them. I don't want to believe this, But in this matter, where It's related to Nomads, I can't say that It's not possible, I hope that we Investigate in this matter to find out if this is true or not. I couldn't risk having troubles with those 3 strange people, for the sake of the package's safety in my cargo hold, and as it should remain there, until It's delivered to the High Command.

I'm on Battleship Minneapolis, awaiting further instructions regarding this so called nomad object.

Admirals,

A lot of time has passed since I've left the Navy, I'm sure that some of you still remember me. As most of you probably know, I've had some serious health problems as well as family issues that needed my attention. However, that time has passed and I'm in a much better condition now. In my opionion, it's good enough to return to active duty, and to be honest, I've really started to miss the life as a Navy pilot.

However, I'm not the one who has the right to decide about that. The decision is up to you, Admirals. Feel free to ask if you have any additional questions, I can even provide you with a medical report about me or meet some of you in person if it's required.

I await your reply.

To the Admiralty and High Command,

My patrol started from Colorado, where I was rapidly briefed to head for Manhattan as a Hellfire gunboat had been spotted right there. I met up with the LNS Apocalypse on my way there (by Fort Bush, to be more precise), which turned out not to be a capital vessel, but a Libertator, which volunteered for a joint patrol. Captain Baker then asked for a sitrep, and she then pressed me to rush to 'hattan. The target was unfortunately long gone, though.

Baker called it quits for now, having more paperwork to do, but only for Pride to replace her a few short moments later. I know she's from another branch, and she simply stated she was "observing", after having stated something about the origins of my name. Is my integrity questioned, High Command?

Regardless, a few moments later, an intoxicated pilot carrying a relatively large amount of illegal cargo. I wish the pilot would've been cooperative, but he was being a danger to everyone, rambling and refusing to cooperate, so I forcefully ordered the seizure of his cargo. It took a while, and there even was a bit of friendly fire involved due to the large amount of pilots involved, but the target was taken down. I immeditaly seized the cargo and secured it the LPI's office of Manhattan.

Signing out,
Lieutenant Hélène Dupuis.

Afternoon,

It has been a while since we have heard from you, Cahoone. We still remember you, of course, and the Admiralty is pleased to know that matters for you have improved so much as well.

A concern was raised though, about your psychological wellness and how it suffered tremendously in the months before you took your leave. Your old friend Greenson however, believes that you're stable enough to have your old position back. That said, please check yourself in at Fort Bragg for an evaluation. In the few days you're there, I'll be sure to bring you up to speed on recent developments.

Welcome back to the Navy, Lieutenant Commander.

Sincerely,

Fleet Admiral Teerin,

Right, let's get down to business.

I undocked from Planet Manhattan today as reports came flooding in from civilians in Pennsylvania stating that these two were gunning down innocents, and grouped up with LSF agent Typhoon to hunt these two down. Eventually we stumbled upon the two pirates, a Spatial and a Waran, and were engaged nearly instantly after a short and unsatisfying bout of small talk. The two were dispatched quickly, with the Spatial going down first to one of my mines. Next, the Waran died to a volley of EXCALIBURs from Typhoon after repeatedly trying to kill him with Nova torpedoes.

This concludes the report.
