Admiral Baker,

Being one of the many who have had the honor of serving under your command, receiving such messages does not bring happy feelings to me. You have gone beyond the call of duty in serving this nation and you have your own well deserved right to ask to be relieved from duty and I fully respect your decision. I will shortly fill out the needed documents for your discharge from duty and retirement, as well as make sure that you receive full honors for your dedication in serving the Republic of Liberty.

Good luck to you Baker, your service will be remembered.

SENDER ID: Rufus Clarke LSF
RECEIVER ID: Liberty Navy HQ (Admirality Eyes Only)
SENT ON: 7 Feb
SUBJECT: Coronado Report
ENCRYPTION: HIGH (Admirality Eyes Only)

Agent Clarke reporting in.

As requested, I do post Mission Debriefing concering the Coronado encounters. First of all, I believe it was my first encounter with freelance group known as Auxesia (disregarding less important targets around). I would like to show my concerns about Freelancers in Coronado being too cocky and highly disrespectful behaviour - to the point of distrupting heavily armed asset on duty - towards Allied Fleet forces. Thankfully, but with little avail in spoken manner with all these Freelancers, CR vessel have also appeared on the scene.

Additionally, several of these Freelancers were threatening me to "inform on my superiors". Oh yes, besides that Auxesia I've been speaking about, the Bustard-class carrier was also present here, prior the next encounter further in this debriefing. Oh yes, speaking of The.Sovereign, the bolded part in the report clearly states that it threatened other Liberty Navy vessel (personal note: isn't Cincinnati that rogue ex-Navy vessel I've been hearing about?)

I am however not really glad to present the verbal evidence only on two KNF pilots (in Raijin and Chimera-class fighters) inside Coronado, both of which supposedly went for Cortez, then returned.

Now, to the part two of the debriefing. Later that day, I have encountered two vessels, yet another Auxesia pilot and our aforementioned Bustard-class friend. Out of curiosity, I have followed them from Cortez into California, as they, for some odd reason, flew not through Jumpgate, but stellar anomaly between two systems. However, upon following, the carrier (The.Sovereign) was missing, pressumably cloaking after or before jumping. The Auxesia misbehaved, all within California System, as he or she threw some threats (as visible in logs), then failed to stop as requested, in order to conclude questioning.

I would ignore the whole case completely, if not the recent joint operation in California, Magellan and Kansas I was present to. The.Sovereign was also in Kansas during joint operations between me and 5th. This cannot be coincidence I daresay, but that matter is to be concluded out by Admirality. Also, I allowed myself some freedom to underline (except for a threat part, which also have been bolded) the quite interesting, to my taste, information about possible possession or contact with Nomad Technology. However, what brought my biggest interest in that talk was term "Signularity Cannon", as that name is sort of... familiar, but I cannot say where I could had heard that.

This report is to be concluded, signing out,
Rufus Clarke, LSF.

----------

Esteemed HQ,

During my first patrol within the ranks of the Liberty Navy, I forced a CT-49X "Gull" class ship with the callsign "monitor91" to cut their engines for a routine scan. For an unknown reason, the transport refused to stop and continued using the lanes from West Point to Colorado, where I finally deactivated the trade lanes in front of him. Without saying a word, the Gull transport has begun shooting my ship. As I started to defend myself, the transport's escort, a light ship by the callsign "Gauri" opened fire on me too. Due to a light ion storm during the fight, both the Gull transport and its escort escaped - probably using the lanes towards Pueblo.

Back in the saddle;

Hello there ladies and gentlemen. I'm sending this report to advise that I have decided to return to active duty. However, this is not within the Liberty Navy, but the Liberty Security Force. Agency 404, a branch of the secondary LSF, decided to offer me a position which I accepted. I hope things are going well for you all in Liberty, given the circumstances of the ongoing war and a consistent level of criminal activity.

Down to business then:

While I was patrolling New York, this gentleman flew by in his Gull transport. I may have lost a couple of skills and tricks while I've been away, but a fast finger on the guncam isn't one of them. Unfortunately, I couldn't stop him given the proximity from the final lane gate from West Point and the mooring fixture of Manhattan, but this is probably one to bear in mind for the future. For your information, the second guncam is to show the time of the docking, which was missed in the first.

Secondly, here's a different candidate outside Norfolk Shipyard. One of my colleagues gathered this evidence and submitted it to me, so I thought I'd let you know. Now, the law has changed since my time, but I'm certain that the ban on weaponry from the Federal Republic of Rheinland includes their civilian weaponry. Fortunately, my colleague who took this picture told me that the pilot of this bayonet voluntarily ejected himself from Liberty so no force was required. Before he left, he did try to argue that the ban only applied to Rheinland Military weapons, but my colleague and her partner didn't buy it. Again though, probably one to bear in mind.

Prohibited Weaponry

That is all for now. I look forward to flying with all of you again.

Couple more smugglers;

Sorry to bother you, but it seems that my field agent has more evidence of smugglers.

No surprises that two out of three of them identify as Junkers:

For your information, they seemed to be a travelling trio of ne'er-do-wells.

Christina Robinson,

I'll start by saying HighComm is glad to hear you're back in active duty. The Security Force is quite different from the Navy but I'm confident that you will do as well. Things in Liberty have been relatively optimal with the usual criminal trouble and an ever changing front in the war with the Gallics. No one ever said the Navy was an easy ride.

Now, to the point. Your reports are going to prove useful in putting these smugglers and troublemakers in the face of justice. I will instruct one of the officers to make sure they are handled correctly.

Good luck on your assignments and do yourself proud.

Best regards,

Harriet Fieldson

In response to a message from the Kusari Naval Forces, interceptors aboard Rio Grande were scrambled to confirm coordinates of the installation "Port Royal", reported to be near Reppu Bend in the Galileo system.

But uh, there was one small problem. There wasn't anything there.

Unless the Kusarians are playing games with us, it looks someone went ahead and dismantled the station in the thirty-some minutes before we scouted the place out. Either way, there's nothing of interest in the Galileo system.

Oliver out.

Hunter here.

The first flight of the "Snow White" is over, and well...besides maintenance not ensuring the Mine Dropper was mounted, it was...acceptable. I'll need to have Tech tweak the AI Matrix and fix the response engine, but so far it was able to move about normally. What concerns me is what it found. Mainly, a Nomad Morph it designated 'The Infinite Light' near Bush. It witnessed the morph fire at Adirondack, making the shield activate. The unit was unable to chase it off very well, due to the speed of the Nomad. I'll be looking into outfitting a Liberator for problems such as that, but for now I'll focus on getting the "Snow White" working before we try adding any more AI Matrices to the Unsung War.

That is all.

Commodore Hunter, out.

This is Rear Admiral Knight speaking.

One of my pilots just uncovered a Zoner installation of some sort. "Fort Sofia" is a modular base that seems to be rather advanced for the late discovery. It is being defended by two weapons platforms and is inside the Alberta system. My pilot told the responsible person to contact the authorities.

They didn't seem like the usual wrong doers we have building these things up so I suggest a diplomatic approach to prevent loss of life and ressources.

I am sending you Lieutenant Commander O'Brien's report now:

So much for my report. The Harmony is ready to receive orders. I hope it will be to include said installation into our patrol pattern rather than using the drastic approach.

Knight out.
