Just made the trip to Magellan from New York to try and buy a Arrastra Heavy Miner and finally get to Freeport 4 to find it not being sold there. Anyone have any idea where the ship is sold in this new version of the mod?

Try known mining bases and mining company HQ's. I believe most of them have the mining snubs set as their inventory, unless someone changed that from my initial base-to-ship assignments. Bases like Graves, Hood, Elbich...
