This is probably a no-brainer, I'm just double-checking:

The Core ID has the Omegas and Omicrons as ZOI, and in several of the entries on the ID the ZOI is mentioned ("can do so-and-so within ZOI"), but explicitly state that the pilot can fulfill lawful bounty contracts without any mention of ZOI.

Does that mean I can roam around in my Core ship in the Omicrons and then from time to time jump to house space and shoot bandits if I am registered on appropriate boards?

Or not?

Thanks! It's been changed though, the ID is radically different now, that's why I ask. Here are screenshots of the new one.

For most subcategories there is a "within ZOI" but the one about hunting bounties has no mention of it.

All ID's can hunt bounties now to my understanding, so since there is specific mention of "fulfilling bounties" and no mention of ZOI regarding that on the ID, it must mean something, right? Or wrong?
