IS there anyway to make a new Multiplayer account, I don't mean a new character I mean a whole account reset, as mine got banned for an honest mistake yet it hasn't been unbanned when I argued my case

Take a look at Launchpad, it can be used to create and swap between multiple accounts. You can only have five ships per account, but there are no limits to the number of accounts you have.
