After much hard work by various members of this community
we would like to present to you, the community, a large portion
of the ship section of the Wiki ... completed. It's taken months
of concentrated work by many people.

There still is some work to do, but the majority of ships have at
least some information on them. I'll be going through soon and
double-checking (and in some cases triple-checking) the information
and checking for any missing ships.

Discussion, criticizism (SP), suggestions all welcome.

Awesome work. This database will be great for beginners trying to find a good ship for the price they have in mind:)

looking at the prices for transport (for example) in the list and then on the detail statistic list, they simply don't match. is the list price w/o bats/bots shield equipment ect? that might be a bit confuzzling.

Yes, Thats one of the things that still needs doing.
The list price is the hull only price and there is a note that says so on that list page.

"Please note: These ships prices are the correct prices for the hull of each ship, less all equipment. For the full price and any additional information, please visit the individual ship pages. ~ As at 21 July 2008 "

I'll be going through all 187 of the ships :sleep:and making sure they all have a part that says:

Transport

• Hull Price Only = 4,000,000
  
• Full Price = 4,751,750
  
• ...
  

All the lists are correct, with Hull only price (AFAIK - someone else was doing that part),
And when I'm done - or other people join in - then we'll have all
the ships pages with as much info on them as possible.

I was thinking of putting in a strafe part, but I don't really know how
to format the information into something useful. Any ideas?

From what I can gather the strafing force is a bit useless info, especially for newbies
but we might learn to interpret it. However ... I need ideas on this.

Also, what other info do we need on the ships? Anubis as the example

Would be nice to have some Shots of what the ships look like. I have to dig deep to find em and I really would like one place to find them all in an orderly manner. Figure this WIKI would be a good place.

Ok, Pictures for these ships are now up. All these pics were in the Ship Render thread. I'll be watching the thread for more stuff. Big props and thanks to Paranoid Android for all the Renders so far.
