I know what a pirate does for a living and i know what a Trader does but since when can a Trader demand tax? ive heard of some strange things but anyone else got a clue as to why traders are either running without saying anything and then get mad when we shoot them for running or they accuse us of being OORP for killing them without making a demand. When we say HALT that means stop so dont get mad if you get vaporized for not stopping.
Just type "2 mil or die."
That covers you from any sanction.
If they blink after that, SN them.
I was the trader that demanded a tax... It wasn't so much a tax but you tried to pirate me and I told you I would let ya live for 2 mil. You didn't pay so I killed you.

if anyone said that to me, id rather be vaporized. That has no RP to it and its boring and gay, at least try and come up with somethin, of course not a long arse story as that is not possible

ooRP; We (the pirates) typically don't like doing "2mil or die" either because it is boring. BUT! When you're under fire from NPCs/Trade Ships/Escorts or trying to catch up to a running trade ship it's hard to type and "2mil or die" fill the rules to the traders don't go running to the admins and get our guns sanctioned off.

I'd rather RP with them to be honest. Even if there are NPC's.
Powertraders try to run, and you're pirating. I don't let them get away without some damage. CD and SN after demand. Next time they pay.
Note: If they stop and listen, I'll play out the whole scene.
