As far as I have understood, the problems with undocking from certain moors will be fixed in the next release. Until then, I've found this trick.
I haven't tried everywhere, but so far I have had 100% succes with it at Stuttgart, which is notorious for causing suicide.
Simply type use the /stuck command before the undocking cut-scene is finished.
This will bump you slightly to the left and avoid suicide.
If it puts any unnessecary load on the server, please let me know and I'll stop using this method.
