The BDM does not take responsibility for injuries that may happen during sanctioned hunting of hostile targets to the Federal Republic of Rheinland, those who take up a Bounty must follow regulations that follow to ensure accurate records-keeping for targets and must provide proof of the target's ship being neutralized via Guncam with accurate time (Sirian Standard) as well as any conditions that follow :

1, all vessels wishing to collect bounties are required to register prior to fulfilling a bounty claim.

Registration data must include:

- The name of the registrant.
- The vessel registration codes (ID) of the registrant.
- The registrant's affiliation to Rheinland Law Enforcement Agencies (must be Neutral at minimum).
- The registrant's affiliation to Rheinland outlawed entities (LWB, Unioners, Red Hessians, Bundschuh) (must be hostile).

2. Bounties will only be valid when fulfilled by fighter or gunboat class ships (LF, HF, VHF, SHF, Bombers, Gunship, and Gunboats);
2-A. Any bounty claim attempt presented by a cruiser-class or higher will forfeit collection for violation of terms and be barred from further attempts to claim a bountied target.
3. Any attempts at fraud will result in forfeit of collection as well as possible further legal action taken against the claimant.
4. All targets must be destroyed within designated Target Zones, destruction of targets outside said zones will result in forfeiture of collection.
5. Valid proof of the target destruction and ID verification is required.
