It used to be that one had to buy a few stuff or fly a few minutes to actually count as an activity, but has this been changed? or its enough to simply log it quickly and log out?. Im doing as I was always doing, but I thougth its about time to get a get a clear anwser on this one.

Selling/Buying a nanobot or anything else should update your ship data. Just logging might not change anything.
