I remember in the last version the way of lowering freelancer rep was shooting Zoner depots outside Freeports. Is it still the case?

If so, is it impossible to have hostile Zoner rep while flying with Freelancer ID? Is that ID rephacked to Zoners?

Not rephacked, but related. If you shoot zoned depots, FL rep will go down. If you shoot FL npcs, zoned rep will go down.
