Hello to all the communities that includes all pirates, privateers, bounty hunters, military, and law enforcement, factions and base owners, everyone having a good time? I hope so, this is suppose to be fun right, and it is, I want new people to feel comfortable and let them see we are a awesome community.
I chat with new members here and I want to fly in space with them but then I discover they are on Disco ( bummer ) nothing against the server but it would be nice if in and during the conversation I'd know if you are on Discovery or Disco or another server. I'm also guilty of not sharing what server I am on. I haven't tried Disco yet, I've been here playing Discovery for a while and it's good.
I'm comfortable but it would be nice to know where you are at.
It is fun going around helping new players get adjusted to the game play, especially when they make a good profit from the run. I was alone when I started people helped me along and I was very happy for the help, but I had to learn the trade runs on my own there was many mistakes along the way and yes that is good, but it took me a very long time to make $$$. I almost left a few times cause I was frustrated, I was constantly pirated and forced out of my profit or I had to dump my load.
So this is why I do what I do, I use my best VHF and escort new players to their destination so they have a good experience make some $$$ and want to do it all over again.
