Dear Admiral Teerin,
I would like to inform you that The Lane Hackers are declaring Liberty space a no-fly zone for capital ships for the time being. Should we encounter any of them, they will be forcibly deconstructed and their crews captured and interrogated, not necessarily in that order. I do sincerely hope that none of your flagships will leave the docks in order not to upset us.
