1. Transfer all Liberty players to Gallia.
2. Transfer all Gallic players to Liberty.
3. ???

And then replace Kusari players in Omicron Gamma and Corsair players in Kusari and put Red Hessians in Omicron Alpha and Outcasts to Omegas so they can troll Bretonia and after that replace the Order and Reapers of Sirius.
