You decided to fill a report on another player, claiming that he scammed you, yet you only told us half of the story, putting the other person into a really bad light, while leaving the important bits out. We do not like malicious reports, considering that the other person involved tried to solve the problem with you, it would have been only nice of you to do the same, instead you had to try to do something really stupid. We do not like malicious reports, we do not like when people waste our time with them.
You have received a fine for the time wasted, you will find that its pretty much the amount that you got from the other player, because in the end if he had scammed you, you wouldnt have that amount of money, right? We are just being consequent here.
Before you post here, complaining about how unfair this would be, think about the PMs you sent to the other player, if he had considered these to be offensive (you should thank him that he didnt, because I likely would have) this punishment would have been a lot worse.
