Hyper Space Scanners need Battleships/Capital Vessels to use.
So, OORP, i will scan with my liberty carrier and give the co-ordinates to my Rheinland carrier for jumping. Same thing other-way round.

But inRP, how logical it is to send a battleship in enemy territory just for the purpose of surveying.?

Also, all houses restrict entry of Foreign capital Ships, so can't buy codes from Zoners inRP too?

Surveying vessel should be Small and agile, Right??

I guess were influenced by movies and sci-fi, some of them suggest a large chunk of high-tech structure that surveys space, and others use smaller, less complex ones.
