Yes. Internet speeds like that exist and i happen to have such a thing. It's not possible to get anything better in my area whatsoever. It's frustrating, really it is. Not to mention it's -very- unstable due to a faulty line that the people around here refuse to replace/repair. It's a grim situation indeed.

Who else has such a terrible connection, plz post so i can share sympathy!

Eh I get 500kb/s down on average, pretty lackluster. Good enough for stable gaming though. Not so much for big downloads.

I find it funny how I find Omi to have 40 ping and 0% Lag everytime I see him logged, and most of the time my ping is over 200 and I have lotsa' lag. Yet his bong showed me that I have internet a billion times faster than his.

Actually just 17mbps dl but still. Compared to 2mbps it's a lot more.

Yeah. Omi. Similar here, though when it rains it goes rapidly into the nearest trash can. Constant 50% loss and all. Though my condolences to those with snailnet..it really is a pain..

Though about Talk Talk.
Different providers wont make any odds to my location in terms of reliability and speed, tried most of them by now and it's just as crappy so i went with the cheapest. Why pay a huge amount for the same snailnet when i can get it for less, logic no?

I had the same problem as you, managed to fix it by using a DSL Splitter
